As a courtesy we ask our clients to adhere to our prompt appointment system. Unfortunately late arrivals will only receive the remaining time of the treatment slot at the full cost of the booked treatment. If you are having problems and are running late please call and let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Please give as much notice as possible so that we can refill your appointment. Unfortunately if you give
less than 36 hours notice and we cannot re-allocate your appointment a charge may be incurred.
Please make sure that your mobile phone is either switched off or on silent so that others in treatments are not disburbed.
We do not allow children under 16 downstairs unless they are having a treatment themselves.
